• - L’Appartamento va preso in consegna la domenica dopo le ore 15,00 (se sarà pronto prima verrà comunicato) e va riconsegnato la domenica di partenza entro e non oltre le ore 10,00;

• - Non sono ammesse presenze aggiuntive oltre quelle concordate. Eventuali persone in più verranno regolarizzate in proporzione al canone locativo pattuito in origine fermo restando che non potranno essere superati i posti letto disponibili nell’appartamento;
  
• - Non sono ammessi animali;
  
  - Eventuali danni arrecati all’appartamento e alle dotazioni complementari dovranno essere risarciti;
•  
• - Il prezzo concordato non comprende l’imposta di soggiorno da erogarsi in favore del comune in vigore dal 1 Aprile al 30 Novembre, pari a 1,50€ al giorno per persona dal giorno 1 Giugno al 30 Settembre, ed 1,00€ nei restanti periodi. I bambini al di sotto di 10 anni non pagano.
  
  

 

 

- Guests can check in to the apartment on Sundays after 3.00 p.m. (if the apartment is ready before that time they will be notified) and check out on the Sunday of departure no later than 10.00 a.m.;

 

- No other guests are allowed in addition to those agreed. Otherwise, the agreed rental fee will be modified in proportion to the number of additional guests; anyway, the total amount of guests in the apartment mustn’t exceed the number of beds available;

 

- Pets are not allowed;

- Guests shall be liable for any damage to the apartment and to the additional equipment;

 

- The agreed price does not include the municipal tourist tax in force from 1st April to 30th November, in the amount of € 1.50 per person per day from 1st June to 30th September, and  € 1.00 per person per day in the other periods. Accommodation for children under 10 years old is free of charge.
